Information on registration

The conference Venue –Caparica Hotel- is located in a little village near Lisbon (5 min by car) close to one of the most beautiful beaches Portugal. To have included breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks in your fees you must book your room in the Conference Venue, Hotel Costa de Caparica. (€76.50 single room -one person-, €57 double room –per person-)

Only registered participants are entitled to attend the scientific sessions of the conference.

Only registered participants and registered accompanying persons will be admitted to the social evening functionsas part of the conference.

An official receipt/confirmation of booking will be issued to all registrants upon receipt of the payment. Please bring this confirmation with you to the conference.

* a copy of your student card or a letter signed by the head of department is required, and must be submitted with the registration.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellations have to be made in writing only. In the case of cancellation before 1^st April 2013, 100% of the registration fee shall be refunded; thereafter no refund can be made.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for any losses, accidents or damages, irrespective of which cause. For participants and accompanying persons taking part in the symposium, all accompanying events are at their own risk.

Methods of payment

Payment of conference fees in Euros (€) must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. Paypal is our preferable way of payment as costs are lower.

Note: Transaction fees must be covered by the attendees.

Please be sure that you have completed your hotel reservation in Caparica Hotel. Your hotel reservation will not be made by the conference organization.
